From Miami Beach:

Take I-95 south to SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) west. Travel west on SR-836 to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821). Continue south to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

From Ft. Lauderdale:

Take Florida's Turnpike (SR-821) south to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

From the Florida Keys:

Take US-1 (SR-5) north to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821) north. Continue north to exit 25, SW 8th Street (also called Tamiami Trail or US 41). Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles; Everglades Safari Park will be on the left.

Look for the large Everglades Safari Park totem pole on the left side of the road, in front of the parking lot.
